About these terms

Effective 8 October 2026. These terms apply to Sarwin: Dreamy Supermarket, provided by Joyixir OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Questions: info@joyixir.com. By using the game you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required.

Permission to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. The game, characters, artwork, audio, software, and branding belong to Joyixir or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except where law or an express license permits.

Fair use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with services, circumvent protections, attempt unauthorized access, or use the game in ways that infringe rights. Reverse engineering is prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service.

Purchases and virtual items

The game may offer optional in-app purchases. The store shows the applicable price before purchase and processes payment. Virtual currency, boosters, and other virtual items are licensed for use within the game; they are not money, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be transferred or sold outside features we expressly provide. Refunds and cancellation rights follow applicable law and the store rules. Consumable items may not be restorable after use; eligible non-consumables can be restored through supported store functions.

Advertising and third-party services

Updates and availability

We may update game content, balance, or features and perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes will respect applicable consumer rights. Save data may be affected by uninstalling the game or changing devices; contact support if you need help.

Your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond mandatory legal rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized modifications or misuse to the extent permitted by law.

Ending use and disputes

You can stop using the game at any time. Privacy requests remain available at info@joyixir.com. Estonian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of their habitual residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Updates to these terms will be published with a revised effective date.

Apple devices

These terms are between you and Joyixir, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or support. Your use is also subject to applicable App Store rules and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Nothing here replaces Apple’s store terms or your mandatory statutory rights.
